NRCME Training Group Rates

Administrators

Welcome, Administrator. Our updated NRCME training program and our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service are a source of great pride for us. We have successfully trained over 20,000 providers across the nation since 2013, preparing them to take the national exam with confidence. Moreover, we are fully dedicated to supporting administrators who are responsible for managing group training by offering a range of resources, including billing options, automated provider progress reporting, enrollment credits, and transfers.

Our DOT training program is for the initial NRCME training and for the 10-year NRCME recertification training for Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA). Our program exceeds the core curriculum requirements established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Administrator Benefits

 Updated Programs
Our NRCME training program exceeds the core curriculum requirements established by the FMCSA for both the Initial and the 10-Year Recertification training, and has been updated to include diabetes and vision regulatory changes, and include the 5-Year Periodic Refresher Training modules released in July 2022 by the FMCSA. This program, last updated in September 2024, is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect any changes in FMCSA regulations.

 Billing Options
Enroll and pay online using the discount code 250grouprate to obtain the rate of $250 per provider for 2 or more providers, or email us a list of your providers (include first and last name and a unique email address for each provider) and we will enroll them the same day and email your organization an invoice at the discounted rate. For large clinics, purchase 10 enrollment credits for $2,000 to use any time.

 Transferable Program
Hold as a credit and transfer the enrollment to a new provider, pending the existing provider's account has not expired, and that they have not finished the program and had access to their personalized and dated training certificate.

Progress Reporting
Request automated daily, weekly, or monthly provider training progress reports.

Training Support
We offer telephone consulting with our medical advisory team for questions regarding certification issues or any other issues related to driver certification.

 Pass Rate
From April 2023 to April 2024, we had 1,211 providers who completed our training program and during that time only 8 took advantage of our Pass Guarantee, which offers reimbursement for the cost of the examination in the event of a failure. This represents a pass rate of over 99%.

We look forward to assisting you and your providers. Contact us by email or by telephone at (941) 600-8411 9 AM- 9 PM EST 7/365 with any questions regarding our program or the certification process.
